Gaurav carries a vast experience in managing multiple multi million dollars IT projects with 100+ resources for clients in US and Europe.He has wide experience in setting up Total IT infrastructure for Multi location accounts, Data centers and secured network. He has been instrumental for setting up various six sigma projects using MAIC, DMAIC & TQSS methodologies and champion in implementing ISO 9001 process, BS7799 & ITIL Framework.
Gaurav is Bachelor in Electrical and Masters in Finance. He is a PMI certified Project Management professional (PMP) and has got technical certifications like OCP and MCSD. He has worked with Computer Sciences Corp and Wipro Infotech. His last assignment was with ATS services Pvt Ltd (Citibank funded BPO with 1600+ seats) as Chief Technology officer. He was responsible for complete IT infrastructure and application development for ATS.

Manoj is a seasoned executive & highly skilled professional with more than 21 yrs of experience in business development. He has a proven track record of multiple multi million dollars sales projects.
Manoj is recognized as a versatile leader with hands-on experience in strategic technology planning, implementation, business integration, and organizational change.
In his current role, he is responsible for new business development, proposal development, client relationship management, offshore delivery management.

Prem Lata with 30+ yrs of experience is a seasoned executive & highly skilled professional with a broad-range of experience in developing and managing technology and business process solutions projects. She has a proven track record of successfully leading multiple projects concurrently from concept to delivery within projected timeframes/budget.
She is recognized as a versatile leader with hands-on experience in strategic technology planning, implementation, business integration, and organizational change. She is well-versed in business needs assessment, process management, cost analysis, and leveraging emerging technologies to deliver bottom-line savings and customer satisfaction. Also she is process savvy, can provide Leadership and lead by example, self motivated, strong customer support attitude, problem solving and organization skills along with understanding of business market trends and current technology matrix. Her creative, imaginative, investigative, tradeoff analysis skills help organization in providing practical use of technology for customer centric solution.
In her current role, she has provided technical guidance and leadership to the organization for all the projects, project management and leadership, support to business development, System and Application architecture, mentoring the technical team, System and Feasibility Study, training to staff and organization. She also provides support in screening and interviewing candidates for projects and staffing needs.
