  • Vendors (placement consultants) can put a request to become partner for resource requirement using the VMS module.
  • Authorized person in an organization shall validate the information and will approve/cancel the vendor request along with payment terms and conditions.
  • Approval or cancellation mail will go to vendor.
  • Vendor can upload resumes against the open position for which they have received the work order and the resume will then be shown to concerned recruiter in the queue.
  • Status update on each action like short listing, line up, rejection, selection etc will be visible to vendor for each candidate.
  • Payment processing for vendors for selected candidates.
  • Hit ratio report on Vendor performance.
