We will provide 15 hours mandate advanced training to a group of power users of your choice on the usability and basic troubleshooting of the issues. The training team ensures that users become comfortable using the application. Ongoing training and functional support is available via email, remote control and phone.
Our technical support department will respond to customer queries by email and phone and issues are resolved within 24 hrs, else automatic escalation happens to management.
