It provides a high level of role based security. Other modules like IRecruit™, Finance Plus™, Communications Plus™, Timesheet Plus™ and Vendor Plus™, together form a robust toolkit in the name of Recruitment Relationship Management suite..
Finding out the exact candidate is not only difficult for corporate but also to man power consultants, who have their forte in this domain. To find the potential candidates, there are various ways like job portals, advertisements, head hunting and referencing etc but ultimate success depends on how well the candidate details are being maintained and how rigorous follow ups are done with candidates by recruiters. Most of the organizations use Excel as a tool for managing candidate records, couple of them has developed applications but these applications do not help in meeting out the needs of the complete life cycle of Recruitment process. Online search portals do not provide solution to manage the offline resumes and candidates records. Process of finding out the right candidate from job portals is also not easy and rewarding, as everyone has access to the same job portals. While consultants make search on these portals, clients too make the search on the same database and hence the results are not fruitful. Q. Can my multiple offices across location access the application and centralized database?
A. Yes. RecruitPlus™ is a web based product and hence can be accessed from any part of the world; Just plug in the machine with Valid static IP and harness the power of this powerful tool.
Q. How complicated is the product to install?
A. The installation process is quite simple. It takes only 1 hour to set up the server.
Q. What is the required hardware/Software configuration of Machines?
A. Application and Database Server: We recommend good branded server; the server will be used as application and database server. We recommend the following configuration:
• Xeon Processors (Dual Processor) up to 50 users; with minimum 1.83 GHZ; Single server can be user as database and application server.
• 4GB RAM (Expandable to 8GB RAM)
• Windows 2003 Standard/Enterprise Server
• 160/320 GB hard disk space
• SCSCI HDD with 10K RPM (Recommended)
• RAID 5 (Recommended)
• MS SQL Server 2005 Enterprise Edition (can support up to 4GB database)
• .Net Framework 2.0
Client machine configuration requirement:
• Windows 98/NT/Me/2000/XP/Linux
• 256 MB Memory (Minimum), 512 MB Memory recommended for better performance.
• MS Outlook 98/2000/XP/2003 (For certain features related to incoming mail)
• MS Word 97/2000/XP (For certain features related to searching email attachments)
• Internet Explorer 6.01 or greater / Netscape/Mozilla.
• Operating System, Internet Explorer, MSOffice updates should be up-to-date.
Q. Can the solution work on Linux machine?
A. Yes. We need Windows OS on server side. For client, it can be a linux machine as well.
Q. Can the product be customized to company's requirements?
A. Yes. We offer solution rather than offering an off the shelf product only. It will cost additional customization charges along with charges for maintaining the separate version of the product for the client.
Q. Can Companies purchase the source code?
A. Yes. Source code can be purchased for partial or for the entire product. In addition, source code escrow agreements are available. [Extra cost].
Q. How long has the product been around?
A. The earliest predecessor of the Recruit Plus was built in 2007.
Q. Since RecruitPlus - ITCONS is based in Noida (North Zone), how do you support the clients of other regions?
A. We have sales & support office in Hyderabad apart from head office in Noida. We will soon be available at couple of metro cities like Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Banglore, Calcutta etc. We use fantastic remote control solution to troubleshoot the problem remotely. Q. Can you extract the data from old MS-Outlook PST files or .dbf files of Outlook express?
A. Yes. With a single mouse click, thousands of the resumes are extracted from MS-Outlook and Outlook Express. This also helps companies to extract candidate resume from old PST files of employees who have left the organization etc.
Q. What is the cost of the Solution?
A. The cost of the solution depends on module; there are four available variants of RecuitPlus™; Limited, Standard, Corporate and Unlimited. The cost of the product is based on number of users and number of resumes to be parsed using automated parsing utility. |
